Top tips for good health & happiness

Small, sustainable habits that make a real difference.

1

Set clear, realistic goals

Have short, medium and long-term goals with realistic timeframes. Commit them to paper and keep them visible — focus on the short-term goal first.

2

Keep a journal

A journal keeps you motivated. Write down frustrations on tough days, and celebrate the good ones so you never forget how progress feels.

3

Get friends and family involved

Share what you're working towards. Talking about it with the people around you helps keep your commitment strong.

4

Give exercise the priority it deserves

Exercise has such a positive effect on your physical and mental health that it spills over into every other part of your life.

5

Make lifestyle choices

This isn't a short diet — it's about a sustainable way of living. Try the 80/20 rule: eat well 80% of the time, allow treats the other 20%.

6

Don't let bad days derail you

You'll always have an off day. Draw a line under it and start afresh — tomorrow is another day.
